Responsibility and Use & Disclaimer Warranties: You are responsible for the use of the rented items. You assume all risks inherent to the operation and use of rented items, and agree to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnity and hold CreaTish Event Rentals harmless from and hereby release CreaTish Event Rentals from, all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the items, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from CreaTish Event Rentals negligence, from the defective condition of the items, or any other cause. YOU AGREE THAT NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE HAVE BEEN MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EQUIPMENT RENTED.

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the rental fee must be paid before confirmation of a booking will be given unless otherwise discussed with CreaTish Event Rentals. If reservation is canceled within 5 days prior to scheduled "time and date out", renter will be charged a 75% cancellation/restocking fee of the original rental order. Deposits are non-refundable!    Full and Final Payment: The final payment is due and payable 2 weeks before your event. 

Damages: 1. Renters shall use all property in a careful and proper manner, shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall return the property in the same condition and good repair as when received. Renters hereby assume all risk of loss and damage to the property from any cause whatsoever. In the event a rental item is returned to CreaTish Event Rentals stained/dirty, damaged, or in broken condition, Renter will be charged a minimum three (3) times the rental cost of the piece. Renter agrees to provide a valid credit card number at time of reservation, which will be charged by CreaTish Event Rentals so pay for any such damages. Damage fees will be due upon billing and CreaTish Event Rentals will make a reasonable effort to notify renters of damage fees before the credit card is charged. Protect the rented items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized or improper use, theft or loss while in possession of renter.

Alterations: No alterations are permitted to the backdrops whatsoever. No painting, stapling, sewing, taping, tacking or changing the form of the backdrop in any way. The company or individual leasing the backdrop will be held liable for all repairs or replacement costs and will be billed accordingly. Speak with CreaTish Event Rentals about design ideas to assist you in a plan to capture the look you want without damage to property. 

Site Preparation: Renter agrees to have site cleaned and ready for delivery and installation or dismantled for pickup or the equipment, and also agrees to pay any additional charges for any delay incurred along with any labor charges resulting in renter's failure to do so.

PICKUPS. Renter agrees to provide a covered vehicle for any pick ups from the Rental location. For pickups of tables, upholstered furniture, chairs and any large items, Renter must provide moving blankets, ratchet straps to securely and safely transport CreaTish Event Rental items. Renter understands that these items are fragile and must be treated with extreme care. CreaTish Event Rentals and its associates reserves the right to refuse a customer warehouse pick up if they deem that the means transportable is not suitable (no refund). 

2. Delivery includes assembly and installation rental items in one location at the venue before the event and pick up of the items once it is over. Styling of items is an additional service that must be prearranged with CreaTish Event Rentals. Customer acknowledges that any additional movement of the tables and chairs from the said location will incur additional charges (ie. moving chairs from a ceremony set up to reception) and are not included in the delivery charge. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT. THIS CONTRACT IS VALID FOR ALL RENTALS PURCHASED BY THIS CUSTOMER, AND SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR CONTRACTS.  Late Returns: There will be a fee of $100 per day for ALL late returns. 

WEATHER. In the event of forecasted rain for outdoor rentals, customers may cancel order 24-48 hours in advance of the scheduled rental delivery. The final payment for these rental items will be refunded but not the original 50 percent deposit. Any cancellations due to weather less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full rental and delivery charges. CreaTish Event Rentals and its representatives reserve the exclusive right to not set up furniture outside if it is raining or if rain is “Forecasted rain” is defined as a 50 percent or greater likelihood of rain.
